Challenge

TADAAM’s existing website ran on a rigid WordPress CMS that made content management difficult and inefficient. It lacked flexibility, had security concerns, and failed to support lead generation goals. On top of that, their internal team had limited control. TADAAM needed a site that was easier to manage, scalable, and aligned with their innovation-driven mindset.

The solution

We organized two co-creation workshops to guide the TADAAM team in identifying core needs, target users, and business goals.

Our approach

We kept things agile and focused on user experience from day one.

  • Workshop 1: focused on defining the audience, identifying internal and user goals, and mapping key content challenges
  • Workshop 2: ideation session to brainstorm solutions that boost clarity, conversion, and UI impact
  • Wrap-up: we did a full CMS deep dive to make sure they picked the right tech for the job

TADAAM also aimed to take part of the build and design process in-house, so we focused on enabling their team with the right tools and insights.
