TADAAM was stuck with an outdated WordPress setup that was hard to manage and didn’t deliver in terms of conversion. They realized their digital presence needed an upgrade. Through a series of strategic workshops, we helped them streamline their content strategy, reduce operational costs, and define a user-first web experience.
Challenge
TADAAM’s existing website ran on a rigid WordPress CMS that made content management difficult and inefficient. It lacked flexibility, had security concerns, and failed to support lead generation goals. On top of that, their internal team had limited control. TADAAM needed a site that was easier to manage, scalable, and aligned with their innovation-driven mindset.
The solution
We organized two co-creation workshops to guide the TADAAM team in identifying core needs, target users, and business goals.
Our approach
We kept things agile and focused on user experience from day one.
- Workshop 1: focused on defining the audience, identifying internal and user goals, and mapping key content challenges
- Workshop 2: ideation session to brainstorm solutions that boost clarity, conversion, and UI impact
- Wrap-up: we did a full CMS deep dive to make sure they picked the right tech for the job
TADAAM also aimed to take part of the build and design process in-house, so we focused on enabling their team with the right tools and insights.

The outcome
Here’s what we tackled together:
- Mapped out different user types based on their mindset and needs
- Set clear UX and conversion goals
- Brought content ideas to life—like an interactive FAQ and smarter user flows
- Compared 8 CMS platforms using over 80 criteria (yes, we went deep)
- Advised on a flexible content setup their team could manage without hassle
TADAAM now has a rock-solid foundation for a website that works for them, not against them.
The result: lower operational costs, a flexible CMS setup, and a user experience designed to resonate with modern customers needing fast and portable internet solutions.
