Belfius Bank is one of the leading bank institutes in Belgium. With iCapps as their technical partner, Belfius is constantly optimizing and extending the Direct Mobile Banking app on iPhone and iPad, as well as the Android smartphone and tablet apps. iCapps is part of Belfius’ mobile development team, that is in charge of updating and optimizing existing features, adding new features and redesigning the apps to make it even more user-friendly. With 1000 new app users every day and a 99% user satisfaction, there is no actually need to do this, but Belfius is very serious about staying up to speed with the latest trends and technical evolutions.

In our role as technical partner, we are constantly keeping an eye at room for improvement and advising Belfius on relevant updates and optimizations. Features like logging in through touch ID or the Today Extension for iPhone (that is also available on the login screen in the Android app) are a great example of our advisory efforts. Of course we also collaborate in actually developing these new features, updating existing features and optimizing the apps in every possible way.
